Acne tips
"Acne is caused by dirt getting into the pores of your skin, its caused by
heredity and hormones. It's not necessarily the type of food that you eat,
that's a common myth, most of the time it's caused by dirt getting in to the
follicles on the face and the pores.
To avoid acne you want to avoid any unnecessary touching of the face, try to
keep your hands off your face, your hands contain oil, they could be dirty which
cause contamination on the skin which causes acne.
If you do get any acne, any pimples, try not to pick them. Picking, scratching
and rubbing them can cause the situation to worsen and it can cause it to scar
so just avoid touching it all together.
In acne the pores are clogged with excess oil and dirt and treatments for it
will be products that contain salicylic acid , benzol peroxide , sulfur... you
want to try find some sort of cleanser or acne treatment product that contains
some of those ingredients.
Avoid getting sunburned, the sun can irritate acne, it can cause even more
reddens so avoid the sun and try finding a lotion or some sort of oil observing
moisturizer to use.
People believe that if they got acne they shouldn’t put anything that makes
their face more oily, but you also don’t want to strip that, so find some sort
of lotion and not a cream, and again... no picking!!"
