“If you go ahead and buy a shampoo that is for fine hair or shampoo that is for curly hair than you want to compliment one another by actually buying a conditioner that is for fine hair.

So let’s say you have fine hair and you use a shampoo with body, you want to use a really light conditioner, you don’t want to weight down the hair. If you use something that is heavy it just going to make the hair limp and heavy and ugly, and sometimes actually fine hair doesn’t require to have too much conditioner in it because than that hair becomes really limp.

Now for curly or coarse hair you want to choose a conditioner that is going to add moisture in there, and that’s going to add body too.

If the hair is damaged you want either something with protein or something with moisture, it depends on the type of hair that you have.”

“We’re going to start with basic skin prep, what you need to do before you put your makeup on.
We’re going to use a makeup removal wipe, but a good tip is to actually do it right after you get out of the shower when your skin is still moist. Your moisturizer will go on really nice and your skin will be really supple and your foundation will go on really smoothly.

You want to make sure you cleanse the entire skin . You can also use toner, a lot of people like toner, that’s the step before moisturizer and that’s up to you. If your skin is really dry I would recommend skipping the toner phase and going right to the moisturizer because toner can sometimes dry up your skin, however if your skin is oily toner can be beneficial.
So once your skin is completely cleansed and still a little moist go right to the moisturizer step, put it on your fingertips but just make sure your hands are really clean, you can also use a brush but that’s not a necessity.

If you’re going out during the day make sure you use moisturizer with an SPF , at night that’s not important.
When you apply the moisturizer don’t neglect the neck . After that we apply an eye cream and what that does is just helps smooth out the under eyes before you put on your concealer or your eye makeup.

The last step is the lip conditioner. You don’t want to neglect your lips because you want your lips to look soft and nice and supple as well. You don’t need to use a lot of lip conditioner, just a little bit and you want to do it first so by the time you get to the end of your makeup and your ready to put on your lipstick your lip conditioner has soaked in completely to your lips.

the seacret from the dead sea products are very recommended for your skin.seacret dead sea products are really one of the best…”

“You want to find a good scrub. Most of the time it’s made of grind seeds but find one that you like and that is good for your skin. Put a little bit of water in there so it smooth over the skin a little bit easier ,now just place your product on the face and start working in circular motions .

Be careful around the lips it’s a little sensitive area, and when you get to the nose its ok to use just a couple of fingers, you don’t have to use your whole hand and make sure you get the tip of the nose then if you have a scrub brush, you can find them in the grocery store, put a little bit of water on it and start scrubbing the skin, this just helps penetrate the skin and to loosen up any dead skin cells on the skin and it’s a little bit more abrasive then your finger tips. If you have sensitive skin I would not suggest to use any type of scrub because most scrubs will irritate your skin.

After giving yourself a good scrub we’re going to wipe the material off just like you do with a cleanser. You can also use afterwards some of your dead sea lotion products that are full of dead sea minerals that are great to ease the skin.
You can do this at home, you can do it one to two times a week, you don’t want to exfoliate to much because then your skin spends a lot more time trying to heal itself back and balance back out again.

This is a very good procedure to do if you have oily skin but as I said you don’t want to exfoliate to much and you don’t want to over cleanse the skin to where you strip all of the oil because then the skin will start producing excess oil to replace the oil that was stripped.

for oily skin a dead sea mud mask can be helpful”

“Perfecting mask is something that will lift your skin, tighten your skin and fights age, wrinkles, age spots and that’s what you’ll find in a perfecting mask. Sometimes it can be more expansive then other things but totally worth it.

We’re going to use a brush for application. A perfecting mask is usually creamier and that want be something that will dry or be crusty on your face. We’re getting it all over the face, avoiding the eyes and lips just brushing all around.
In these type of masks that are creamy and non drying mask they are usually left on the skin for much longer then a clay mask or hydration mask, that’s something that will sit on the skin for up to 20 minutes, so read a book relax and let the mask do its job.

Take this mask off with a hot towel and also use plenty of water to super clean the face get all the residue off and using a toner afterwards. Always tone your skin whenever you’ve done something extracting to your skin which is basically cleaning it, you always have to tone to create the PH balance, you never want to leave something too clean because you have to put that balance back in there. “

“People often ask me whether to scrub their skin in the morning or at night. I recommend doing it at night because that’s usually when you have the time to dedicate to your skin. In the morning everybody is getting ready for work, they don’t have time, they’re rushing and in the night time you really have time to focus and give yourself a thorough massage and really get those dead skin cells off. Also throughout the day especially when living in the city you have an accumulation of dead skin cells and dirt on your face so we want to make sure we remove that in the evening before we go to bed and scrubbing is really a great way to do so as appose to just using a cleanser.

So… night time is when you want to scrub , and doing it 1-7 times a week depending on your skin type. For oily skin you can go 4-7 times a week, for a mature skin every day with a very gentle scrub and with sensitive skin you want to do it 1-2 times a week.”

When giving yourself a manicure sometimes your base coat is left on there, sometimes we have nail ridges on our nails and you want to make it nice and smooth.

There are several types of buffers out there. One of them is a buffer that is more like a nail file. You’re going to use this one to go across your nail and it will make a nice white choky looking powder which means that it’s getting all the dead skin off your nail plate.

A second type of buffer is a four sided buffer block, men like using it and also women who don’t like to use polish to give you that nice high shine polish look. It has four sides and you want to use the coarse one first, you buff and go to the next side and so on to all sides and it will give you a nice natural shine and you won’t need a nail polish.
You can find it in any beauty supplies store and pay notice that the coarser it is the more it will take off your nails so if you’re not used to using one you might want to get a finer one.

“As opposed to the natural simpler way which is the avocado mask the mud mask is something that I really love because it really makes you feel like it’s drying on your skin and it’s lifting all of the dirt and oil out and it takes a little longer to dry then the avocado mask because the avocado isn’t plastered to your face and the mud mask is. Squeeze a little bit of mud on your hand and rub it on your hand, close your eyes and smooth it in to your face.

The part you want to get the most is around the nose because that’s where the oil builds up. Put a deep layer on your face, and the great thing about it is that it goes on soft but you wait about 10 minutes and it’s a really hard mask that it dries into. Put the mud everywhere and avoid only the lips and eyes but definitely put it under your eyes and under your lips as far as you can go, under your nose and massage it in. Make sure your entire face is covered in mud. Wipe it off only after it dries completely. “

A mineral makeup is an all natural makeup that’s made of 100% pure crushed minerals, it doesn’t have any talc in it, any chemicals, preservatives, waxes, dyes or anything like that. So it’s a lot different from regular makeup because it will actually work with your skin, it has a lot of healing properties, so if you’re somebody that has a problem such as clogged pores or your skin is more acne prone it’s really healthy for your skin, it’s oil free it will not clog your pores, somebody with rosesia it’s also good for the sensitive skin.

Because it’s a mineral and it’s a 100% natural it actually will bind with your skin, so when you apply the makeup it actually warms with your body temperature and mixes with the natural oils in your skin, so it becomes one with your skin instead of lying heavy on top of the skin like other makeups do such as the liquid or a talc powder foundation.

Mineral makeup you can get in a couple different forms, it can come in loose or it can come in a pressed, either way they’re both completely natural and they give you about the same finish.

“Anti aging is caused by the loss of collagen in the skin, collagen is a fiber in the skin which helps the skin looking young and helps to straighten it. When you’re in your early twenties – mid twenties you start losing about 1% of your collagen a year, wrinkles begin to appear. Make sure you always wear sunscreen and any product with alpha-hydroxy in it is a good idea that helps to lightly exfoliate and get rid of a layer of the dead skin.

When you’re in your thirties you start notice more wrinkles and few more lines, retinol products helps with the fine lines in your thirties and that’s a good line of defense. They also help to plump the skin and to stimulate collagen and also in your thirties you start to fight gravity and start losing a little bit of the elasticity in the skin so make sure to use something with retinol.

When you get into your late thirties-early forties the wrinkles become more distinctive and you should probably start seeing a dermatologist by then and always moisturize moisturize moisturize ! and wear your sunscreen…”
