Using a facial scrub
"You want to find a good scrub. Most of the time it's made
of grind seeds but find one that you like and that is good for your skin. Put a
little bit of water in there so it smooth over the skin a little bit easier ,now
just place your product on the face and start working in circular motions .
Be careful around the lips it's a little sensitive area, and when you get to the
nose its ok to use just a couple of fingers, you don't have to use your whole
hand and make sure you get the tip of the nose then if you have a scrub brush,
you can find them in the grocery store, put a little bit of water on it and
start scrubbing the skin, this just helps penetrate the skin and to loosen up
any dead skin cells on the skin and it’s a little bit more abrasive then your
finger tips. If you have sensitive skin I would not suggest to use any type of
scrub because most scrubs will irritate your skin.
After giving yourself a good scrub we're going to wipe the material off just like
you do with a cleanser. You can also use afterwards some
of your
dead sea lotion products that are full of
dead
sea minerals that are great to ease the skin.
You can do this at home, you can do it one to two times a week, you don’t want
to exfoliate to much because then your skin spends a lot more time trying to
heal itself back and balance back out again.
This is a very good procedure to do if you have oily skin but as I said you
don’t want to exfoliate to much and you don’t want to over cleanse the skin to
where you strip all of the oil because then the skin will start producing excess
oil to replace the oil that was stripped.
for oily skin a
dead sea mud mask can be helpful"
